1. General
- All tickets are Non-Refundable.
- Kupartours.com is not responsible for any schedule changes made by the airlines after the tickets are issued.
2. Schedule Changes
- Kupartours.com requires passengers to call either the airlines directly or Kupartours.com 72 hours before departure to reconfirm that flights are departing at the same times as printed on the tickets.
- In case of a schedule change, passengers are responsible for contacting Kupartours.com for any schedule changes that would require the reissuance of a ticket.
- Kupartours.com will not be responsible for any costs related to changes made by the airline and not acted upon in a timely manner.
3. Ticket Confirmation
- Please check the names and flight information immediately upon receipt of the ticket within 24 hours. Failure to reconfirm may result in Kupartours.com service fees plus airline charges being billed to your account for any applicable cancellation, void, or exchange of tickets.
4. Entry Requirements
- It is your responsibility to meet the entry requirements for the countries you are traveling to and connecting through.
- Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of arrival at your origin city.
5. Frequent Flier Miles
- Frequent flier miles are awarded at the discretion of each airline. Kupartours.com is not responsible for any mileage guarantees.
6. Travel Documents
- It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that you possess all the required and valid travel documents for your trip. This includes but is not limited to:
- Valid passport
- Valid visas for all cities including transit
- Health certificates/vaccines
- COVID-19 requirements for your destination country
- Travel insurance
7. Payment Terms and Conditions
- All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
- Kupartours.com accepts various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment methods.
- In the event of a payment dispute, Kupartours.com reserves the right to cancel the booking until the dispute is resolved.
- Any additional charges incurred due to changes or cancellations will be billed to the customer's account.
- Customers are responsible for any bank fees or charges associated with their payment method.
8. Liability Limitations
- Kupartours.com acts only as an agent for the airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the actions or omissions of these providers.
- Kupartours.com is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or for any injuries, illnesses, or deaths that occur during travel.
- Kupartours.com is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have adequate travel insurance to cover any potential losses or issues that may arise during their trip.
