Deposits are generally non-refundable, as many suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) charge KUPARTOURS on a similar basis.

Cancellations by the Traveler

Cancellation windows and applicable refund percentages vary by trip and supplier. Contact our Action Desk for the specific terms that apply to your reservation.

Cancellations or Changes by KUPARTOURS

If KUPARTOURS or a supplier must cancel or significantly change a journey, we will notify travelers as soon as possible and work to offer a comparable alternative or an appropriate refund of recoverable funds.
